Nestled in the foothills of Mount Weather, our 96-acre horse farm is home to some of the finest fox hunt horses in North America and a community built around learning, confidence, and fun. Led by owner and trainer Heather Heider, we welcome riders of all ages and experience levels from first-time riders to competitive hunter-jumper athletes and those eager to experience the tradition of fox hunting. At Van Vixen, it's more than riding. This is a place riders learn on and off the horse, forming friendships and lifelong memories.
